Chris, our Operations Director, has spent his career in customer service roles. Since 2001, he has lived on the island of Ibiza offering VIP concierge services to people from all around the world, along the way amassing a wealth of knowledge and experience. Chris’ contacts on The Island are invaluable and these contacts, along with his local knowledge, really are ensuring that our Clients make the most of their time here, be it for business or pleasure.

Our friendly back office team are strategically based in Barcelona, just a short way across The Baleric Sea from Ibiza, where they have an excellent and reliable infrastructure. They are equipped with the knowledge and tools to help with your enquiries, as well as offer operational support to our concierge team on the ground when required.

Our accounts department functions out of our office in Barcelona, alongside the administration and reception staff. They strive for accuracy, clarity and transparency. A key function of the accounts department is to liaise with our Clientele to establish their preferred way to settle 3rd party booking, generally, our customers prefer for us to raise a pro-forma invoice, place funds on account with us and let us pay for all of their requirements as part of the service, thus, reducing the Clients’ time spent dealing with 3rd parties, as well as reducing the amount of cash they are required to handle on vacation (bearing in mind not every business on Ibiza accepts card payments!).

We are fully legal in Spain. We are registered with the Tax Authorities and IVA office (sales tax/VAT). We also hold comprehensive insurance policies for our work.
